I'm seeing some potentially intense colors in the foreground here; I'm not an expert by any means when it comes to editing digital so I'm afraid I can't tell you exactly what to do. Maybe you can try an increase in saturation?
The picture itself is good, but if you can somehow bring the attention to the colors in the foreground a little more I think it may improve.

I use paint shop pro 5. It came with my computer and, despite being out of date, does the job. I could even show you how to do what toneburst is talking about, next time you're over.
It's awesome even without it, though.

Oh, so, me being who I am, I had to try playing with it in my photoediting programs. I didn't do much, in fact, all I did was what toneburst suggested, bringing up saturation. But I wanted to see how it looked.
I can email it to you, if you like, or keep it hidden away until you do what you want to the picture.
Thought I'd mention that... ja...
Also, I might have a free trial version of something here. (really basic photoshop, and a few things that came with my camera) if you want to try a program...
